Jintang, Chengdu, May 7, 2026 — The 2026 “Jintang Master Craftsman” selection results have been officially released. Five outstanding professional technicians from Jianlong SCBC have been awarded the honor for their superb professional skills and remarkable contributions to the equipment manufacturing industry.
Honor list of the five employees:
1.Wu Zhicheng: Jintang Chief Craftsman
2.Liu Ming, Yang Bo: Jintang Distinguished Craftsman
3.Su Chuan, Wen Yanyan: Jintang Innovation Craftsman
In addition, six employees have been shortlisted for the Jintang Craftsman Training Program:Ye Youxing, Xue Youfu, Tian Xiaobin, Zhang Hao, Zhou Gangli, Zhang Ming.
All awardees and candidates are front-line backbone talents. They uphold the spirit of craftsmanship, focus on technological innovation, and deliver outstanding performance in technical problem solving, skill inheritance and project implementation.
Wu Zhicheng – Jintang Chief Craftsman
Senior welding technician with 23 years of experience, titled “Chengdu Craftsman”. Winner of the first prize in Class-A of Chengdu Million-Worker Skills Competition, owner of 4 utility model patents. He has participated in nuclear power and overseas power generation key projects, with welding one-time qualification rate over 98%. He trains about 160 professional technicians every year and undertakes the task of skill inheritance.
Liu Ming – Jintang Distinguished Craftsman
Welding team leader with 18 years of front-line experience and “Chengdu Craftsman”. Holding more than ten high-level qualifications such as nuclear-grade and ASME certification. He has solved key technical difficulties in aerospace radiation waste heat boiler projects, and his process innovations have saved the company over RMB 3.5 million. He has tutored 12 apprentices, many of whom have won municipal skill competition awards.
Yang Bo – Jintang Distinguished Craftsman
Senior technician and welding team leader with 22 years of experience, holding multiple high-standard welding certification. His nuclear power welding one-time qualification rate stays at 99%. His team has been awarded Chengdu “Workers’ Vanguard”, and he has long been committed to personnel training and tackling complex technical problems.
Su Chuan – Jintang Innovation Craftsman
With 12 years of welding experience, he independently developed two exclusive technologies: obstacle welding and mirror welding. He has won many municipal skill competitions and participated in aerospace waste heat boiler breakthrough projects. His process optimization brings annual cost savings of over RMB 1 million, and he actively participates in internal skill teaching.
Wen Yanyan – Jintang Innovation Craftsman
Senior engineer engaged in nondestructive testing for 21 years, holding top-level special equipment inspection certifications including UT-III and PT-III. She owns 1 patent and has published 2 professional papers. She has broken through the long-standing industry difficulty of boiler drum weld inspection, and firmly guarded the quality and safety of special pressure equipment.
As a key high-skilled talent training enterprise in Jintang, Jianlong SCBC takes craftsman training as a core part of human resource strategy. Relying on platforms such as Tang Chengfeng Model Worker & Craftsman Innovation Studio, the company carries out mentor-apprentice pairing, skill competitions, technical bidding and Chuanguo Lecture Hall activities, forming a complete talent training system.
