Across critical functions — including market intelligence analysis, design material take-off, automated drafting, and thermal calculations — AI tools have been fully deployed, driving an overall efficiency gain of 80–90%.

At the meeting, Wang Liang, Vice President of Jianlong Group and General Manager of Jianlong SCBC, along with Wan Haibo, Group Director of Human Resources, both expressed their recognition of the program’s phased results.

He called for AI achievements to be transformed into productized, visualized, and value-creating outcomes, with performance incentives and compensation structures aligned to value creation.
