Sichuan Chuanguo Boiler Co., Ltd. (Jianlong SCBC) has been officially recognized as an “Advanced-level Smart Factory” by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology—the highest provincial tier in smart manufacturing certification. The honored project, the Green & Low-Carbon Energy Equipment Smart Factory, marks yet another landmark achievement following the company’s previous recognitions as a National Intelligent Manufacturing Excellence Scenario, a Chengdu Smart Factory, and a Sichuan 5G Factory. This latest designation confirms Jianlong SCBC’s position at the forefront of digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing in China’s discrete equipment manufacturing sector.
The factory is underpinned by a dedicated 5G industrial control network deployed in partnership with China Mobile, utilizing Huawei’s SPN (Slicing Packet Network) slicing technology. This infrastructure achieves microsecond-level deterministic transmission latency for production control commands and delivers 50-millisecond rapid self-healing capabilities—establishing a rock-solid network foundation for high-stability, high-precision industrial operations.
Built on a hybrid-cloud foundation, the factory’s proprietary “Weiwo Desk” serves as the central integration hub, seamlessly connecting core business systems including PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and QMS (Quality Management System). Together, they form a robust enterprise-grade digital backbone aligned with the factory’s four-layer intelligent manufacturing architecture: Perception → Network → Platform → Application.
AI integration is the standout innovation of this project. Jianlong SCBC has deployed a proprietary tri-agent AI matrix—“Koi + Kexin + CGBrain”—spanning design, production, quality control, marketing, and executive decision-making:
